Why should I learn the piano?
Piano is a versatile instrument; you can play solo or you can play with others!
Learning the piano is not only fun, but it is also beneficial to your brain development, hand coordination and emotional and social well-being. Research has found that playing a musical instrument allows the brain to engage in a complete work-out as it processes various information in “intricate, interrelated and astonishingly fast sequences” that involves the motor, visual and auditory cortices. It takes discipline to learn and practice piano but over time, it will build your patience, confidence and joy for the better! As a trained musician and music educator, I am willing to invest into you or your child’s musical development if YOU are willing to invest.
